Abstract
From the Senate Committee on Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs, the Permanent Subcommittee on Investigations led by Chairman Jon Ossoff and Ranking Member Ron Johnson. The staff report on the mistreatment of military families covers the largest private military housing company Balfour Beatty Communities, LLC (Balfour) and how they have put the health and safety of military families at risk. The Subcommittee found numerous cases where Balfour failed to prioritize the health and safety of occupant. The report recommends federal agencies overseeing Balfour review its conduct.
