Fatally Flawed: Five Years of Gunwalking in Arizona
House Committee on Oversight and Government Reform
House Committee on Oversight and Government Reform
Abstract
The House Committee on Oversight and Government Reform investigated gunwalking operations that led to the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) to launch reckless operations with tragic results along the Mexico border in order to determine how to prevent such operations. The committee found that waste, fraud, and abuse needed to be addressed and the ATF programs must be reformed.
