Abstract
The House Committee on Oversight and Government Reform and the Senate Committee on the Judiciary investigated a firearms trafficking scandal known as Fast and Furious. This report examines the failure of supervision and leadership by officials at Justice Department headquarters, principally within the Office of the Deputy Attorney General, and within the Criminal Division. The committee found that the investigation was obstructed by the Justice Department and the Attorney General. This report in the second in a series of three.
