Abstract
The Senate Committee on Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs, Permanent Subcommittee on Investigations issued a Bipartisan Staff Report on China funding over 100 Confucius Institutes at universities around the United States, including allegations that these are part of China’s broader strategy to influence perceptions and downplay its status as an economic and security threat.
