Abstract
The Senate Committee on Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs issued a Majority Staff report led by Chairman Ron Johnson on the Clinton email scandal and the Federal Bureau of Investigation's (FBI) investigation. The report serves as an update of the actions taken during the investigation. The Committee found that the FBI did not use a grand jury, there were edits of Director Comey’s public statement, and that the information warrants further inquiry.
