Abstract
The Select Committee on Intelligence conducted a review of issues related prewar intelligence produced prior to the Iraq war. The findings within this report dictated that there are factors that showed the potential to develop a democracy within Iraq, but ultimately would be too long, difficult and a challenge that may backslide into Iraq\342\200\231s tradition of authoritarianism.
