Abstract
The House Committee on Oversight and Government Reform investigated Chairman Gregory Jaczko, leader of the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC). The purpose was to uncover whether Jacko's leadership was undermining the NRC's objectives and overall mission. The committee found it was undermining NRC objectives and that the current situation under Chairman Jaczko's leadership of the NRC is not sustainable.
