Abstract
The Subcommittee on TARP, Financial Services and Bailouts of Public and Private Programs of the House Committee on Oversight and Government Reform investigated the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) in order to examine Americans' access to traditional financial services. The subcommittee found that structural problems within the CFPB lead to issues with credit access.
