Abstract
The House Committee on Oversight and Government Reform investigated President Obama's promotion of "green jobs" following the recession. The purpose of the investigation was to see if these jobs fulfilled the administration's goals. The committee found they did not fulfill their goals. Additionally, the committee discovered that "green jobs" come with many political complications.
