Abstract

The Democratic Staff of the House Committee on Oversight and Government Reform issued a report displaying findings from an ongoing investigation into Oracle's mishandling of the Oregon healthcare exchange website. This report finds that Oracle is substantially responsible for failing to deliver a thoroughly operating website which was corroborated by internal discussions amongst Oracle officials. This report is also contrary to an unofficial Republican report from the same committee, which seeks to blame federal and state government officials. Additionally, this report attempts to detail the failings from the Oracle Corporation.
