Abstract
The Senate Committee on Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs, Permanent Subcommittee on Investigations issued a Bipartisan Staff Report on allegations that federal agencies are failing to meet basic cybersecurity standards and have not fully complied with their legislative obligations under the Federal Information Security Management Act (FISMA), leaving sensitive government data vulnerable. The report contains recommendations.
