Abstract
The Subcommittee on National Security, International Affairs, and Criminal Justice of the House Committee on Government Reform and Oversight investigated the mission, structure, and operations of the WHCA following the release of a review indicating mismanagement and lack of accountability in the White House Communications Agency(WHCA). The investigation revealed no evidence of theft or waste of WHCA resources. Moreover, the committee disagreed with reforms proposed by a Department of Defence Inspector General investigation report.
