Abstract
The House Committee on Oversight and Government Reform and the Senate Committee on the Judiciary issued a Joint Majority Staff Report examining key documents and communications generated in response to the congressional review of Operation Fast and Furious. Fast and Furious was an operation conducted by the U.S. Department of Justice in which officials allegedly allowed straw purchasers to buy firearms illegally and traffic them within the United States.
