Abstract
John McCain presents this report on government spending, believing it has gotten out of control. The report highlights questionable Washington spending habits totaling $1.1 billion and identifies at least $294 billion in spending on programs that are no longer authorized to receive funding. McCain hopes this report will serve as a wake-up call for an unwilling congress and help Americans demand to end wasteful government spending.
