Abstract
From the Senate Committee on Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs, the Subcommittee on Federal Spending Oversight and Emergency Management led by Senator Rand Paul issued a weekly waste report on the Department of State's $60,000 grant opportunity to train camera operators for ETV+, Estonian Public Broadcasting (ERR) Russian-speaking channel. The problem noted is that ETV should already have camera operators and camera infrastructure and questions the spending of U.S. taxpayer money on the venture.
