Defense Security Service: The Personnel Security Investigations (PSI) Backlog Poses a Threat to National Security

Abstract
The House Committee on Government Reform conducted an investigation to determine the viability of the Personnel Security Investigation (PSI) program of the Defense Security Service. The committee examined previous PSI reports. The committee found that the Defense Security Service was incapable of managing the PSI program and its backlogs.
