Abstract
The Special Investigations Division of the House Committee on Government Reform conducted an investigation into the capabilities and safety of the Pentagon's nuclear missile defense system testing process. The report summarized the Coyle Report, a report which criticizes the testing plans for the nuclear missile defense system. The investigation found that testing of the missile defense system was inadequate, as fails to test multiple elements of the system and only tests on artificial situations which use advanced information not available during an actual missile strike.
