Abstract
The Senate Committee on Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs and the Senate Committee on Rules and Administration issued a Joint Bipartisan Staff Report on allegations that federal intelligence breakdowns, inadequate warnings, and poor preparation by the U.S. Capitol Police, directly contributed to the breach of the Capitol during the January 6 attack. The report contains recommendations.
