Abstract
At the request of the Permanent Subcommittee on Investigations of the Senate Committee of Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs, a staff report was produced that investigates 25 federal agencies, representing roughly 77 percent of all federal spending for FY 2017, responsible for submitting complete, accurate, and timely spending data to the Treasury Department for display on USAspending.gov. This report also presents the Committee's findings and conclusions regarding the reliability of the website and internal consistency.
