The House Committee on Homeland Security issued a Minority Staff Report ona side-by-side comparison of the 9/11 Commission’s recommendations on homeland security, the 9/11 Public Discourse Project’s grade on fulfilling each recommendation as of December 2005, and Democratic Staff proposals for fulfilling these recommendations as of July 2006.
