Abstract
The Permanent Subcommittee on Investigations of the Senate Committee on Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs conducted an investigation into Vladimir Zhirinovsky's profit off of lucrative oil allocations received through the Oil-for-Food program. The Subcommittee reviewed documents pertaining to the allocations received by Zhirinovsky. The report found that Zhirinovsky profited greatly off of the extensive allocations he received from Hussein due to his positive relationship with Hussein.
