Abstract
The House Select Committee on Homeland Security and the House Committee on Government Reform issued a Joint Majority Staff Report on the differences between the recommendations made by the 9/11 Commission for preventing future terrorist attacks and the legislation developed by Republican Staff in response to the Commission's recommendations.
