Abstract
The House Committee on Oversight and Government Reform and the House Committee on Ways and Means issued a Joint Majority Staff Report examining the joint Internal Revenue Service and U.S. Department of the Treasury rule extending premium subsidies under the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (PPACA) to individuals purchasing coverage through federal exchanges.
