Abstract
The House Committee on Homeland Security issued a Majority Staff Report on the border policies of the Department of Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas and increasing criminal control of the southwest border. The report discussed how criminal organizations have taken advantage of the lenient border policies to grow in action and size. The report is the second in a series of 5 phases of interim reports on Sec. Mayorkas.
