Abstract
At the request of Ranking Member Representative Elijah E. Cummings Cummings, the Democratic staff of the Senate Committee on Oversight and Government Reform produced this report to detail the Committee's investigation on the Trump Administration's response to the hurricanes in Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands. It was concluded the majority party, headed by Chairman Trey Gowdy, has not only ignored these lessons from the past, but added a new failure of its own, a failure of oversight.
