Abstract
The Permanent Subcommittee on Investigations of the Senate Committee on Governmental Affairs sought to determine the role of the Enron Corporation Board of Directors in the company's bankruptcy. The Subcommittee interviewed several board members and analyzed over a million subpoenaed documents relating to Enron and its collapse. The report found that the Enron Board of Directors was complicit in several financial mistakes which led to the downfall of the company.
