Abstract
The House Committee on Oversight and Reform, alongside Senator Elizabeth Warren and Representative Katie Porter, issued a Joint House Majority and Senate Minority Staff Report on how the COVID-19 pandemic has increased the need for mental health and addiction treatment programs, while also resulting in reduced access to these services, and additionally examining how the virus has spread within these facilities. The report contains recommendations.
