Abstract
The House Committee on Homeland Security issued a Majority Staff Report on the alleged dereliction of duty by Department of Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas in enforcing immigration laws, implementing effective border policy, and following court rulings. The report is the first in a series of 5 phases of interim reports on Sec. Mayorkas.
