The Administration's Medicaid Regulations: State-By-State Impacts

House Committee on Oversight and Government Reform
Abstract
The Committee on Oversight and Government Reform analyzed the implications of the regulations issued by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services on states. The report found that the regulations fiscal impacts would affected the states approximately three times the Administration's estimate. In addition to this finding, the committee also found that the regulations will cause bigger implications on state Medicaid programs and the public.
