Abstract
At the request of Ranking Member Representative Elijah E. Cummings, the Democratic staff of the House Committee on Oversight and Government Reform has compiled this report to assess the status of drug prices after the first year of Donald Trump's Presidency. Investigative findings are presented that detail prescription drug price data in three ways based on analysis of changes in Average Wholesale Prices (AWP) from December 31, 2016, to March 1, 2018.
