Abstract
The Senate Committee on Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs published a Majority Staff report assessing how colleges and universities report, investigate, and adjudicate sexual violence. Their findings come from a survey of 440 four-year universities, along with interviews with stakeholders and three roundtable discussions. The survey results showed that many of the institutions are failing to comply with the law and with recommended best practices on how to handle sexual violence among students.
