Report of the Select Committee on Intelligence on the U.S. Intelligence Community's Prewar Intelligence Assessments on Iraq

Abstract

The Senate Select Committee on Intelligence conducted an investigation into the state of Iraq's WMD programs as well as the assessment of the country by the U.S. Intelligence Community. The committee analyzed over over 15,000 pages of intelligence assessments regarding Iraq's WMD programs. The committee discovered information regarding Iraq's WMD programs and violations of human rights using those programs in addition to how the intelligence community analyzes and reports on information coming from Iraq.
