Abstract
From the Senate Committee on Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs, the Subcommittee on Federal Spending Oversight and Emergency Management led by Senator Rand Paul issued a weekly waste report on Fort Belvoir's "Eagle's Nest" Dining Facility $6 million renovation, and it's subsequent closure 6 months later. The report took issue with the poor utilization rate of the facility prior to renovation and the decision to renovate in the first place.
