Abstract
The House Committee on Homeland Security, Subcommittee on Management, Integration, and Oversight issued a Staff Report on allegations of waste, fraud, and abuse of federal funds provided to New York in the aftermath of the September 11th attacks. The report includes recommendations for proposed legislation and reforms to federal disaster assistance programs.
