Children's Exposure to Pornography on Peer-to-Peer Networks

Abstract
The Special Investigations Division of the House Committee on Government Reform investigated the widespread prevalence of pornography on peer-to-peer networks acessed through file sharing programs. The report finds that children using file sharing technology can be inadvertently exposed to pornographic content. The committee further discusses parental controls necessary to prevent children's exposure to such content and their limitations.
