Abstract
The Special Investigations Division of the House Committee on Government Reform conducted an investigation into the quality of care provided in Oklahoma's nursing homes. The report analyzed annual inspections conducted of Oklahoma's nursing homes. The investigation found that most of Oklahoma's nursing homes violated federal standards of quality of care and many of these violations either actually harmed residents or had potential to harm residents.
