Abstract
The Senate Committee on Health, Education, Labor and Pensions issued a Minority Staff Report on widespread workplace harassment, especially among low-wage workers, extending beyond sexual harassment to include discrimination based on race, sex, national origin, disability, and more. The report contains recommendations.
