Abstract

The House Committee on Oversight and Government Reform issued a staff report examining the actions of the EPA with respect to the Pebble Project in Alaska. The report investigated whether the EPA used unprecedented measures when dealing with the Pebble Project. The committee confirmed that the EPA utilized unprecedented operations, and furthermore the EPA was aware that it was committing unprecedented acts.
