The Politics of EPA's Endangerment Finding
House Select Committee on Energy Independence and Global Warming ; House Committee on Oversight and Government Reform
House Select Committee on Energy Independence and Global Warming
House Committee on Oversight and Government Reform
Abstract
The Committee on Oversight and Government Reform examines the EPA regulation of GHGs and carbon dioxide and how politics are involved. The investigation found that the EPA prejudged its outcome of its endangerment finding to fulfill the Obama Administration's political agenda, did not have the affirmation by the Supreme Court, and would affect the U.S economy due to its dependence on fossil fuels.
