The report takes issue with the fact that the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) is not the only agency dealing with this issue, and also that NASA has a larger budget for climate change than the NOAA. The report concludes that it is wasteful to have this many agencies conducting research on the same thing, and that there are certain agencies that have no business looking into this issue.1 pageenOversight RecordsModeling Waste, Over and Over AgainSenate Majority Oversight Record20: Government Operations2002: Government Efficiency, General Regulatory Policy and Bureaucratic Oversight114Yes
